Schott Roofing installed a new concrete tile roof on our then-29 yr-old home in 1999. Over the years there were several leaks due to broken shingles and finally this year, Schott replaced that roof with a conventional asphalt/fiberglass shingle roof. They coordinated the work with weather forecasts during our recent rainy spells, and the work was completed on time. The roof looks great! We can't say enough about the skill and professionalism of the installers as well as the removal crew.

My wooden shingle roof project was a demanding and challenging project. Very steep and filled with design details that required exceptional skill. Jerry and the team at Schott exceeded my expectations every step of the way. Completing on-time and on-budget. Also their termite repair crew are professional craftsman and made difficult repairs look new again. Schott's attention to detail and great communication are refreshing in today's world. I highly recommend them!

I reroofed my home about 8 years ago. Good pricing, quality and service. Install without any issues. A couple months ago I needed them to do a repair due to replacement of an electrical panel. They were prompt and fixed the gap left in roof.

The best service in our experience, with first roof installation in 2003 and then repair recently in 2019 and 2021. This is a class A company, the staff is of the highest integrity and extremely accommodating. Fast, professional, high quality, very knowledgeable, and very reasonably priced. I will not consider anyone else for any of our other homes and for future repairs and highly recommend then without any hesitation to anyone needing any sort of roofing work!

Was able to schedule in a very reasonable amount of time, the installer came to the door and introduced himself, advised us of the issue and provided a quote within a very short turn around. Once we approved the quote they were able to schedule the final repair in a very quick turnaround.

We have used Schott to install our roof and then to do some repairs after construction workers walked on the roof and broke a few tiles. They do excellent work, for a great price. The original roof that they put on is about 20 years old, looks great, and has had no leaks.

In order to extend the life of your newly installed roof:

  • Have your roof maintenance performed yearly to clean valleys and gutters of any debris.
  • Avoid walking on your roof

Project duration varies from case to case. Most of our average sized roofing projects will take 5-10 working days (weather permitting), this can increase depending on if there is rotted wood that needs to be replaced.
